Subject: June 2008 State and Federal Grants Payments
The Office of Public Instruction has made a payment of grant funds through the Electronic Grants Management System (E-Grants) on June 10th.
You can view the details of the payments by taking the following steps:
1. Click on the following link: https://egrants.opi.mt.gov/OPIGMSWeb/logon.aspx
2. Select "Public Access".
3. Select "Vendor Payee Details" from the Menu List.
4. Locate your county then click the radio button next to it. Hit "Select" at the bottom of the screen. Use the "Next" or "Previous" buttons at the top of the page to navigate forward or back to find your county.
5. Click the radio button next to the Year and EFT date for which you want to view the detail. This page will provide you with a breakdown by district of their amount, the program for which the payment was made, the fund (15), and revenue account code for which to make the deposit.
