Final Maintenance of Effort Reports
The preliminary allocations for IDEA Part B and Preschool (Section 619) have been posted on the special education Web site at http://www.opi.mt.gov/pdf/speced/fis/fedal/. The allocations are listed under the name of the fiscal agent/prime applicant. The fiscal agent/prime applicant is the district or the special education cooperative which applies for the Part B/Preschool allocations for FY'09 on behalf of its participating districts.
Final Maintenance of Effort reports for FY'06 and FY'07 are posted on the special education Web site at http://www.opi.mt.gov/pdf/speced/fis/moe/
